When you subscribe through any form on this site — the homepage newsletter, SFIS inline signup, the Federal FM Roundtable interest list, or the "Send Me My Results" diagnostic — we collect:

• Your agency or service affiliation (optional)
• The page or form you submitted from
• The date of submission

Why we collect it

Emails are collected so we can send you Federal FM Intelligence updates — new SFIS deep dives, CDFM Recall Engine updates, PPBE series releases, and Federal FM Roundtable announcements.

What we will never do

We do not sell your information. We do not share or rent your email address with third parties for their marketing.

Email platform

Subscriber data is sent to Beehiiv, our email service provider, solely to deliver the Federal FM Intelligence updates you signed up for. We use Beehiiv for sending and one consolidated address — admin@nerd-fed.com — for all inbound correspondence.

You can unsubscribe at any time by replying to any email we send, or by contacting admin@nerd-fed.com to request removal.
